DoD Cookies: 100% Organic Canadian flour, including 50% Nunweiler's whole grain.
The Nunweiler's Flour Company only mills Canadian whole grain flour, without separating the bran and germ from the original kernel, bringing a depth of flavour, wholesome texture, and nourishment to every batch of cookies we bake.,

Our sourdough, available both classic and with olives, offers a deeper, more complex profile, with a natural fermentation that brings subtle tang and character to every bite.
